Stainless steel honey ripener for a capacity of 120 kg of honey with built-in stainless steel filter. Dimensions: Diameter 390mm - Height 790 mm.

The included filter fits perfectly with the diameter of the ripener and has a sieve of 0.83 or 0.87mm / 830µ or 870µ. It also has a folded bottom inclined towards the outlet, a stainless steel lid and a plastic tap.

Once the honey has been extracted, it is filtered and sent to the ripening chamber so that the tiny air bubbles, pollen balls, wax fragments and very fine impurities that have escaped the sieve rise to the surface. It should be noted that in the ripening chamber, honey crystallizes more or less quickly, depending on the temperature and the type of nectar from which it comes.
