The Heated Creamer-Mixer is a professional double-walled device specially designed to make creamed honey and mix different types of honey in one batch. This versatile device allows for obtaining a homogeneous consistency and colour, thanks to its ability to maintain a uniform temperature of between 25 and 30 °C.

The intermediate space of the device can be filled with thermo-oil or water, it being important to use decalcified water if you choose the latter. It has 3 mixing arms, each with 2 segments, ensuring that at least one arm is covered with honey when filling the device.

Making creamed honey and homogenizing honey is a process that allows honeys with different characteristics to be combined to obtain a final product with a uniform texture and flavor. This facilitates packaging and marketing, as it provides consumers with a product of guaranteed quality and consistency.

The Mixer-Creamer includes a timer in the motor, which allows programming different mixing intervals. It is made of stainless steel and includes an insulating jacket, a DN 40 disc valve with adapter for 40 mm hose, a load capacity of 100 kg, a 250 W / 230 V motor, a 1000 W / 230 V heating unit with rotary control, and approximately 24 revolutions per minute.
