INSTANTVAP battery powered sublimator

InstantVap is a cordless oxalic acid sublimator powered by a Makita external battery.

Wireless version of the sublimator for official treatments with oxalic acid as the active ingredient. Includes a battery socket of your choice and an adjustable single-dose dispenser of 1-4 grams. Made of stainless steel.

Battery not included, you will need to purchase a battery compatible with the chosen model separately. Once the machine is hot, a 18 or 20v 4 or 5 Ah battery has enough power to treat between 40-50 hives. If you want to treat apiaries with a larger number of hives, you can have a pair of batteries to alternate their use and recharge them with a car charger. This way, while one is being discharged, the other will be ready and vice versa.

It is important to add that 2 Ah batteries discharge very quickly. These lower capacity batteries can be useful for heating the machine during the first few minutes, as energy is used until the sublimator reaches the ideal temperature. However, for more efficient and prolonged use, it is recommended to use batteries of at least 4 Ah. If you have a large number of hives, it is advisable to opt for 8-9 Ah batteries to ensure a longer life.

Fast and efficient. One of the fastest sublimators on the market, as it allows sublimation of 2 gram doses in a matter of seconds (approximately 25 to 30 seconds).

Sturdy and well made. It is made in Europe, entirely from stainless steel, for strength and easy cleaning. It is also insulated inside for reliable operation in cold and windy climates. And just as importantly, it features a 6mm strong brass tube outlet that holds firmly in the hole in the hive entrance.

Control the dose and temperature. Dose using the included single-dose dispenser, which allows you to adjust the dose between 1-4 grams. It also has precise and dynamic temperature control, without overheating.

Cordless and compatible with many batteries. Forget about generators, a simple 18V commercial battery will do.

WARNING

It is only permitted for use with official medicines. In Spain, the only registered medicine whose active ingredient is oxalic acid and can be applied by sublimation is Api-bioxal. You can find more information on our website (HEALTH section > MEDICINES AGAINST VARROA).

We would like to remind you that in Spain, the use of pure oxalic acid, whether through impregnated wipes or strips, or via sublimation, are considered illegal applications that are classified in the Penal Code, and may also constitute an administrative offence.
