HOW TO USE:
For highly crystallising honeys (apple blossom, flower honey, rapeseed honey), stir once after centrifuging just before it starts to crystallise. Then allow the honey to crystallise. If necessary, heat in a heat chamber to 39 degrees and skim off the foam. The honey should form a viscous mass. You can now stir for 2 or 3 additional stirring processes of 5 to 10 minutes each.
CHANGING THE BUCKET: When changing the bucket, please loosen the screw on the frame and push the fork upwards. This allows the stirring rod to drip out. The next bucket can now be stirred to the same height using the adjustment screw on the fork.
The honey should not be completely hard, so that the stirrer can be submerged in the honey. This is important.
