Apimix® is a partially inverted sugar syrup, perfect for stimulating hives before flowering. It contains 100% assimilable glucose and fructose, without HMF or harmful polysaccharides. Fortified with vitamins and amino acids, it enhances the health and performance of bees. With a 66° Brix formulation, its high proportion of fructose prevents crystallization in cold climates. Safe and efficient for feeding between blooms, spring stimulation and maintenance in cold seasons. Available in boxes of 10 bags of 1 kg each.

• Optimal Nutritional Composition

Apimix® is a syrup composed of 100% assimilable glucose and fructose, ensuring that bees make the most of the energy without the risk of toxicity. It contains 40±2% fructose, 30±2% dextrose and 30±2% sucrose.
It is free of polysaccharides (also called higher sugars), which are indigestible and potentially harmful to bees. It also does not contain hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), a harmful compound that can cause diarrhea and affect the survival of the hive.

Apimix® is formulated with a balanced combination of vitamins and amino acids that strengthen the health of the hive and optimize the collection of nectar and pollen during flowering.

• High Digestibility and Easy Consumption

Apimix® syrup is produced with a concentration of 66°Brix, achieving an ideal viscosity for efficient consumption. It is also available in a 75°Brix version (bulk only), indicated for slower consumption, ideal during cold periods.
Thanks to its high fructose content, crystallization is prevented in cold climates, guaranteeing constant and effective feeding.

High fructose syrups are obtained by hydrolysis of starch and may contain non-digestible polysaccharides that are toxic in high concentrations. Apimix®, on the other hand, is produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of sucrose, obtaining only assimilable glucose and fructose.
It is essential to check the technical data sheets of bee food to avoid products with indigestible sugars and ensure safe and efficient feeding.

This differentiates it from homemade syrups, which, when prepared manually or with low-quality syrups, can contain high levels of HMF and pose a risk to the hive.

Instructions for Use

To stimulate the hive before flowering, follow these recommendations:
• Administer a 1kg bag of Apimix® directly into the hive feeders or puncture the bag as instructed and place inside for direct feeding.
• Especially indicated for nutrition between flowering periods, spring stimulation, formation of new nuclei and maintenance in cold periods.
