• Apipasta contains 90% sugars, with a percentage of dry matter significantly higher than other products on the market (75-85% Brix).

2. High Quality Fondant:

• The base of Apipasta is a sugar fondant obtained through a process of recrystallization of sucrose.

• This process involves evaporation of water until the sucrose reaches a saturation concentration, followed by rapid cooling and stirring to obtain extremely small crystals (less than 30μm).

• The result is a moldable and easily dissolved paste, ideal for consumption by bees.

• With a water content of 10%, Apipasta offers great stability and a shelf life of up to 2 years, ensuring its effectiveness and freshness over time.

Instructions for use
