Double boiler injected steam from a complete boiler manufactured in Spain.
The double boilers are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel in 1.5 mm thick sheet metal. They are 1.40 m long, 85 cm wide and 1 m high. They have adjustable feet on their 4 legs in each compartment, load 24 frames and also have a press in each one.
In addition, it is universal with 2 individual lids, it is served with a decanter at the outlet, a boiler to inject the steam with its level and its pipes, the loading shovel, toclet glass and its burner, all included.
The boiler takes an hour to heat up and once hot it has a performance of 25 frames every 12-15 minutes.
MANUAL
1. Fill the boiler with water up to a maximum of 5 or 6 cm from the top cover, through the tube containing the level gauge, removing it and viewing the water level through the tube, leaving the tap open.
2. Light the burner and look for a strong flame, adjusting it with the regulator and the metal air passage jacket located in the neck of the burner (propane is recommended). Once the desired flame is achieved, always with the valve open and the hose connected to the boiler, with the inlet valves to the boiler open, wait 1 hour for the steam to come out properly (the boiler lasts about 4 hours without refilling). If you need to melt for longer, gradually add water. If it is with hot water, it is better.
3. Fill the compartments with the squares and cover.
4. Connect the outlet decanter to its steam inlet, position it so that it properly collects the wax output and level the decanter using the adjustable foot (always keep the steam inlet slightly open so that it does not cool down and does its job properly).
5. Once the steam has come out strongly, close one of the compartments and melt the other until you see that hardly any wax is falling out of the outlet and then open the passage to the other compartment until the other is closed. Then uncover, remove the melted frames, put the wax into the press with the shovel provided and every 2 or 3 shovelfuls insert a perforated sheet metal layer (supplied) until it is fully loaded (this procedure may require 2 or 3 batches). Load again and so on.
6. Once the press is fully charged, close the compartment and when it is warm enough, operate it using the supplied adapter. You can use an electric drill, but the best option is a pneumatic gun (the kind used to tighten car wheels). Operate it in short intervals using the sight glass located in the lid, until the wax is squeezed out (keep in mind that this is not an industrial press, so the tightening must be moderate).
7. Once the day's work is finished, while it is still warm, proceed to clean it so that everything flows correctly the next day.
8. It is important to always handle with the necessary safety measures, such as gloves and work clothes appropriate to the temperature at which you are working.
9. Always keep the tap where the water level is located open, check that the gas supply is closed once the work is finished.
