Electric Uncapping Knife with preset thermostat, ergonomic handle and stainless steel blade. (ILE-115)

This device is designed to facilitate the removal of wax from frames effortlessly, integrating cutting-edge technology for simplified and effective use.

This model stands out for its pre-set thermostat system, which automatically regulates the temperature of the blade, ensuring a clean and consistent cut. Equipped with an illuminated switch for easy activation, it also includes an LED indicator that verifies its optimal operation.

The ergonomic nylon fiberglass handle provides a comfortable and secure grip, designed for prolonged use without causing fatigue. The stainless steel blade guarantees a high cutting quality which, together with the correct working temperature, offers a clean and efficient uncapping.

Characteristics:

· Fixed thermostat with high precision resistance.
· Switch with operation indicator light.
· Length of 270 mm, with an effective blade of 53 mm.
· Nylon handle with fiberglass for a firm grip.
· 180W, 230V power, perfectly calibrated for outstanding performance.

How to use:

Plug in the knife and allow it to heat up for 3 minutes before you begin. The heat from the blade will make cutting through the wax a simple process. Secure the frame and slide the knife up and down to remove the wax caps safely and effectively.

It is vital to pay attention to the regulation of the thermostats, as overheating, even briefly, can cause heat damage in contact with the honey. This knife operates at an ideal temperature, providing a guaranteed uncapping job and avoiding any "local cooking" in the area of contact with the honeycomb. Incorporating this electric uncapping knife into your beekeeping routine means adopting the most comfortable and clean method for working with sealed frames.
