The FillOmat® honey filling system can do a lot:
- packing
- racking
- stir until creamy
The honey is drawn from the honey container/hobbok of any size using the supplied hose and dosed directly into the honey jar without dripping. Various filling nozzles are included in the delivery, which are selected depending on the diameter of the jar and the viscosity of the honey. The machine fills liquid and creamy honey at temperatures of 20° - 40°C. Very creamy and difficult-to-flow honey (e.g. rapeseed) should be heated to temperatures of 25-35 °C for fast and precise filling.
Honey filling temperatures:
- Freshly squeezed liquid honey: 20-25 °C
- Creamy honey with low water content: 26-35 °C
With semi-automatic manual filling, you can create the specified 600 cups of 500 g each per hour with 1.5 people. The electronic control is intuitively designed and doses the medium with an accuracy of +/- 2 grams (e.g. with a filling quantity of 500 g). The filling quantity can be adjusted. Since our filling system is modular, the machine can be equipped with other components (pump head/container/hose/filling nozzle) at any time to fill other products with different viscosities.
