HoneyPack, complete line for packaging, capping and labelling honey containers.

Fully automatic filling machine for cylindrical glass containers, using a vertical dosing head, with a tolerance of +-3g. The dosing head with vertical cylinder is the same machine that has been operating for more than 35 years with great success all over the world.

It is easily and quickly adjusted to the desired weight (from 150 to 1000g). It is fed by a rotating loader that transports the empty jars to the filling point.

The closure with Twist-Off caps is fully automatic, assisted by a magnetic feeder and carried out by means of a pneumatic force screwer, while the movement of the jar is controlled by the star rotary system. A short conveyor belt takes the jars to the last station for labelling with self-adhesive labels on a roll.
