Plastic honeycomb cage made by the NICOT brand for the introduction of new queens into the colony and achieving better acceptance.
Made from food-grade, recyclable Nicot brand plastic and is ideal for queen replacement.
The candy should be placed in the food reserve space. Remove the old queen and choose, preferably in the same colony, a frame of nascent brood. Remove the bees, remove the operculum and secure the cage (the cage has 4 spikes to be nailed onto the frame). Once secured, introduce the new queen and close the cage.
