Honey resistance for 520mm diameter honey drums with a power of 1500 watts and a voltage of 230V. Includes adjustable digital thermostat. Made of stainless steel, with handle.

The honey resistors are made up of AISI 316 stainless steel armoured electrical resistors, polished for food use, assembled to a stainless steel support bar, which provides easy handling of the resistor, and with a watertight connection box with a high-precision digital thermostat to regulate the temperature of the honey effectively, and a plug for immediate connection to the mains.
