Spiral resistance to heat the honey to a fixed temperature without altering the quality and properties of the honey.
Made of stainless steel, suitable for contact with food.
Very simple and economical, with the best quality/price on the market, ideal for use in small capacity ripeners. Available in two sizes to choose from:
Spiral diameter 210 mm. Features : 50 W / 230 V, fixed temperature approx. 45 °C, height 63 cm, weight 1.1 kg.
WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
With this resistance we will achieve heating to liquefy the crystallized honey before packaging it in small containers.
Crystallization depends on several factors: the viscosity of the honey, the temperature, the glucose/water ratio and the ratio of fructose to glucose. The temperature for crystallization of honey is around 14 °C. Above 30 °C the large crystals will dissolve, which prevents the formation of the crystalline structure.
