Plastic frame wire tensioner.
This tool should be used for reinforcement only, that is, to re-tension once the first tension has been applied with pliers or manually.
The mechanism of this tool is simple, thanks to its two powerful wheels, they make the wire undulate in a zigzag shape, in this way it stretches and achieves greater tension, necessary to be able to stick the wax sheet to the painting.
